• Only registered guests are included in your booking. Extra bedding or guests incur a $50 per person charge (excluding infants under 2). Baby cots can be set up for $25 per night.

• A deposit is required for all bookings, however some third party booking websites may require full payment when booking.  Please check cancellation policies on external booking sites as they may be different to ours. If booking directly cancellations are free until one month before check in. After that you will be charged the amount of one night and if cancelled 24 hours before check in you will be charged the full amount. 

• Firewood: If staying in a villa during cooler months, we offer wood beside the fireplace. Should you need more, we kindly ask you purchase bags at the IGA or local service stations on Hollings Rd. Feel free to gather kindling from the garden too. 

• All promotional pricing / packages are not-applicable for public holidays and / or school holiday periods.

• Pets: A one off fee of $90 is required per pet. We allow 1 big dog or 2 small/ medium dogs.  Please contact us to discuss if you wish to bring your fury friend on holiday with you.  We request that they refrain from sitting on any furniture including beds and stay out of the bedrooms in the villas. Preferably take pets with you while on day trips.  If pets are to be left alone please leave them in the laundry (if in a villa). Please make sure you clean up after your pet. Any additional time required by our cleaning staff to clean up after a guests pet will be an additional charge of $50 per hour. Any damage caused by pets will also be charged back to the guest. Spring Bay Villas is a peaceful location so we  cannot have dogs stay with us that bark.

• When you check out, we kindly ask that you leave the unit in the same condition as you found it: Dishes washed, fridge clean, dog hair removed (if applicable) and garbage removed. Large bins are at the back of each unit. Please return any furniture to its original spot.

• If extra cleaning is required beyond our vacate service, a surcharge of $50 per hour may apply, with double time on Sundays and public holidays. We really appreciate you taking care of our beautiful spaces. 

• Early departure from your booking or stay with us is non-refundable.
